I’ve been back exactly a week…
…just long enough to be hired onto another production in another Texas town that starts Monday.
Oh Austin, if only I could take your veggie sandwiches and overdoses of burnt orange with me.
I don’t think I’ll be making a FUCKYEAHSANANTONIO tumblr anytime soon, but I’m going to be spending 3 weeks there. Anyone know of anything good in ol’ SA that does not involve the Alamo, the Riverwalk or Davy Crockett?
Also, how the hell is there not topo chico in Atlanta Texas? At least I’ll be shooting near civilization as I normally know it with this production. Not that I don’t love cows and farms (I do!), but having just spent two weeks (two weeks too long) on the Lousiana border made me realize how horrible chain mall culture really is. Their diets consisted of HFCS everything and Walmart meat. YOU LIVE ON RANCHES. WHY ARE YOU BUYING HOT DOGS AT WALMART?!

I love your posts. You know what the fuck is up. You think similarly to me and I think you love Austin in the same DEEP, UNDYING way I do. Texas can kinda suck sometimes but living in Austin always makes me feel a little better. props to you!

Acenar is on the river, but the food is good. The zoo, botanical garden and Japanese Tea Garden are pretty nice if you need something to do. I lived there for 2 years, so I don’t know why I can’t think of anything else.
